Instructional Designer

Bred erfaring med e-learning. 
During the last 15 years I have sharpened my skills within e-learning and web based communication. In e-learning, I have been instructional designer and copywriter on a number of tasks for:

Core services as instructional Designer
With my background as a instructional designer I usually contributes in e-learning projects from start to finish:

  • Analysis of target group and learning needs
  • Setting Measurable learning Objectives
  • Concept Development
  • Script/Storyboard

Alternatively, I can step in when the framework is laid down and fill it – or parts of it – with tailored content.

Control of tools and instruments
Through a variety of tasks, such as instructional designer and web editor, I have learned to quickly put myself into new administration and authoring tools – LMS, CMS etc. In addition, I have for many years been working with Film, television and radio production – both on the technical and on the substantive side. So I know the possibilities and limitations, and can draw on exactly the instruments that are most suitable for promoting dissemination.

Pedagogical Insight
Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in teaching. After the professional postgraduate teacher training of St. Knud's Gymnasium I have gone from teaching at the university and folk high school to internal leadership training and e-learning for educational institutions, organisations and companies.
As a copywriter and instructional designer I know both the pitfalls and the best practice in e-learning and blended learning and can combine the pedagogical insight with the ability to convey the topic via speech, text, video, sound etc.
